Garlands Design is a design & build company located in North San Diego County. The scope of our work includes remodeling and new construction for residential and commercial clients. We enjoy helping our clients rethink their environments to make their properties more functional, beautiful and valuable. We have chosen construction teams that are highly skilled and have worked with the same knowledgeable tradespersons for over twenty years.

Much of our work is focused on transforming residential properties. Our clients engage us to help maximize available space, increase natural lighting, negotiate seamless transitions from indoors to outdoors and elevate the appearance of the property with custom finishes and design elements. Our team carefully considers the details of every project, from dramatic facade transformations to kitchen and bath remodels. Garlands Design is a family business run by Ingrid DeOrlow working as a team with her youngest son, Jensen DeOrlow. Together they design and reimagine vacation homes as well as commercial spaces. Our success is based on our ability to realize the goals of our clients.
